Returns & Exchanges

Transcendent Active wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order to make a return or exchange. Please understand that if Transcendent Active is contacted after this time, we will NOT be able to offer the return.
 
All returns must be received in original packaging materials in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. Items must be sent back in original packaging and the buyer will NOT be refunded if returned with stains, scents or signs of wear.
 

1 FREE round of Domestic Exchanges

If you need a different size, first contact Transcendent Active by emailing aja@transcendentactive.com. Transcendent will pay for 1 free round of domestic shipping. That means, you send it back and Transcendent will pay for the return. Please send your item back in the original packaging (no single-use plastic here!) and once received, the new size will be mailed back FREE of charge. If the item is not received back within 1 week, the request will be voided.  

Returns 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want a refund, please email aja@transcendentactive.comYou are responsible for mailing the item back in its original packaging. If you would like Transcendent Active to send you a return slip, we will gladly do so. There will be an $8 charge deducted from your refund if you choose to do so. Tracking numbers should be sent via email once the item is shipped back. Once the item is received in perfect condition in the original packaging, you will be refunded for your purchase. 

If you decide to exchange for a different color after your purchase, you will be responsible for shipping the item back and paying for the new item to be shipped again.

International

We are only able to process returns for international orders. Please contact  aja@transcendentactive.com within 1 week of receiving the item. We will request that you ship the item back to us and provide tracking for the package.  Once we receive the item, we will issue you a refund for your purchase.  

Sale

All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. If an item is marked down, it is a final sale. However, pre-orders are NOT a final sale. Merchandise purchased with coupon codes are NOT final sale.
